The Hyperborean World: Before the Hyperborean world began some 100,000 years ago, the Human species had already begun to appear in pre-Africa and pre-Asia in its modern form, and was just beginning to move into eastern Europe. But one group of Humans settled in a far northern land, the great polar continent of Hyperborea. Here, isolated and fostered by the warming climate and a lack of competing predators, the pre-Hyperboreans began to evolve the trappings of a high culture, until finally they established a series of civilizations. "Know,
oh Son, that through the ages, the realms of Men have changed as much
as have the contours of the land, and that today's mighty empires are
but shadows to the great dominions of the past, they that are nothing
more than half remembered myths told to children under the
Moon...." October 19, 2005

Lemurian World: By the beginning of the Lemurian world,
mankind was largely spread throughout the world, and existed in varying
degrees of advancement and savagery. The world had changed
greatly, but even before the fall of Hyperborea it had begun to cool
appreciably. With the new face of the world in place, Hyperborea
fell into a relic state, while the equator-girdling empire of Lemuria
arose to dominate that continent, and established colonies throughout
the rest of the world. Page

| The
Muan World: As the world fell into a new cold period, Lemuria
was split asunder and fractured into lands of petty kingdoms and relic
empires, while the land of Mu arose into dominance. Seeds of
civilization were spread by this spiritual people throughout the world,
and eventually these would germinate into more recent cultures. In
the far north, the ancient Hyperboreans began their slide into true
savagery as their lands became cold wastes, their glorious past all but
forgotten. Page

| The
Kronan World: With the world change into the Kronan age, Mu
remained intact, but her people had lost much of their past
knowledge. Less spiritual and more a slave to ancient rite and
tradition whose origins were largely lost, their influence all but
vanished from the world. However, one of their ancient colonies
arose to dominance through fire and sword. Krona was a land of
mighty power, and whereas Mu had planted the seeds of civilization,
Krona made those seeds grow. Page

| The
Typhaean World: The Typhaean world saw the nearly complete
extermination of both the Muan people and the Hyperboreans as their
lands sank beneath the sea. Krona itself became greatly weakened,
and one of her most ancient colonies, Typhaea, struck out from the
proto-Mediterranean region and conquered the motherland, and all those
in between. Page

| The
Rutan World: Ancient Typhaea fractured into many nations, and
the continent that once held Krona again rose to dominance as Ruta
became established there. However, unlike in the past there was no
single dominating culture or nation now. The speech and manners of
man began to greatly diverge, and wars began to become common place as
many great nations vied for power. Page

| The
Aulitean World: The mighty empire of Aulitea arose from the
ruins of Ruta, her emperors demanding from the world what the Kings of
Ruta had always asked for. This was the true Antediluvian world,
where the last flowering of civilization would occur in an ice age
splendor before the sudden melting and ensuing Earth change would herald
in the modern historical era. Page
